Lindsay is a Holistic Health and Nutrition Coach working to help individuals improve their health in a simple and attainable way.  By gradually introducing healthy eating habits and living practices specific to their body and lifestyle. 

Her mission and passion is to help her clients create a completely personalized roadmap to health that suits their unique body, lifestyle, preferences, and goals. She works with clients to help them gain energy, eat cleaner, make empowered food choices, feel better in their body and to integrate simple, healthy habits that will last a lifetime.

When she is not seeing clients you can find Lindsay spending time with her husband and son, Enzo! She loves hiking, meditating, getting lost at farmer’s markets, and spending time in her kitchen trying new recipes. She loves to travel, explore, and meet new people. 


When you register for swaddling cloths and diapers, you should be able to register for Baby 101 food classes with Lindsay too because she’s just as necessary when caring for a little one. She’s kind, inviting, knowledgeable and makes even the most clueless mama feel like they have what it takes to make their little one nourishing, delicious foods they’ll actually eat. I’m so glad to have gotten a one on one session and I’m sure I’ll be turning to her and her blogs for food tune-ups as my little one grows. Couldn’t recommend her more
