LINDSAY

Hi! I’m Lindsay and I am a Holistic Health and Wellness Coach. I help women improve their health in simple and attainable ways.  By gradually introducing healthy eating habits and living practices specific to their body and lifestyle. 

My mission and passion are to help my clients create a completely personalized roadmap to health that suits their unique body, lifestyle, and goals. I work with clients to help them gain energy, breath, make empowered food choices, feel better in their body and to integrate simple, healthy habits that will last a lifetime.

When I am not seeing clients, you can find me spending time with my husband Andrew and two sons, Enzo & Elio! I love road trips, meditating, trying new restaurants, making pottery, and meeting new people. I also really love spending time in the kitchen trying new recipes!
