Bean Taco's

Hey Guys! 

So beans are a staple in our house. We always have mason jars full of cooked beans in out house. They get added to EVERYTHING! Today I am going to show you our quick and easy go to, bean taco's. 

First, take any kind of bean you like. These happen to be pinto beans. We cooked them last night in water and garlic. 

Today, I dump the entire mason jar of cooked beans into a cast iron pan (you can use any pan) and mash them with a masher. 


Once the beans are mashed then its time to prepare the taco's. I usually use sprouted corn tortillas, avocado, pickled onions, and greens. I LOVE micro greens because they don't need to be chopped, therefor they are easy and packed full of nutrients. 


I like to put my tortillas on a burner on medium heat to toast them a little bit. Then add all the toppings! 


I tend to eat two :) 


They are delicious, fast and easy to make. Bonus, kids like them too!  It's fun for them to make their own taco's and choose their own toppings.. Hope you and your family enjoys them as much as we do!
