Eat More Plants!
EAT MORE PLANTS is my moto in life, and it should be you'rs too!
I'm not here to tell you what not to eat. We are all adults and we all know eating sugar, fried foods, processed foods and other things are not good for our bodies. Regardless if you are paleo or a vegan I want to help people get more plants into their daily diets.
So there are so many different fruits and vegetables out there to enjoy and they are so colorful. When you are making food for yourself or your family, think color! You want to have greens, reds, oranges, purples. Eat the rainbow!
I am going to start posting easy veggie recipes to add to your kitchen repertoire, so keep a lookout for those to come soon!
Some of the favorites in our house are:
Beet Greens, Beets, Carrots, Tomatos, Micro Greens, Red Bell Peppers, Kale, Spinach, Asparagus, Onions, Zucchini, Purple Cabbage, Swiss Chard, and Artichokes!
Remember, Conventional is fine, Organic is better, Local is BEST! My main goal is just to get people to EAT MORE PLANTS!!!
