MY APPROACH TO
I earned my Holistic Health Coaching Certification from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition (IIN). It’s the largest holistic nutrition program in the world. My goal as your health coach is to encourage balance in all aspects of your life. Eat what makes you feel best, and exercise in ways you enjoy. You can't neglect one core area of your life and expect to feel fulfilled; you must address when things feel out of whack or when you're not getting to where we want to be in life.
IIN taught me the powerful tools that looks at mind-body wellness. I help each client look at their bio-individuality, their primary foods and secondary foods. I will use all three to help you achieve your personal health goals.
Bio-individuality is that each person has unique food and lifestyle needs. One person’s food is another person’s poison, and that’s why fad diets tend to fail in the long run. The beauty of us is that we are all different. Bio-individuality teaches us to tune in to our own bodies and find out what we need to be happy and healthy.
Primary food is more than what is on your plate. Healthy relationships, regular physical activity, a fulfilling career and a spiritual practice can fill your soul and satisfy your hunger for life. When primary food is balanced and satiating, your life feeds you, making what you eat secondary.
The food you eat! We will explore what you are eating and what might be triggering your discomfort, low energy, pain or weight gain. It is possible to feel good and enjoy life to the fullest while not feeling deprived. I’ll introduce you to some of the healthiest foods on the planet and teach you how to find what’s best for your unique body.
